Stephen Ministers are trained to offer a ministry of presence to anyone who would like a loving, Christian companion through life's ups and downs. We are an extension of Jesus' invitation to "come to him" and let him carry you awhile. Call a leader, listed in the newsletter, and talk with them. You will be glad you did.
UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief) acts as the arms and legs of Christ's church around the world when there is an one-time (hurricane, flood, earthquake) or ongoing (children whose parents are lost to AIDS) disaster. Please GIVE GENEROUSLY.
