Music Ministry

Choir Director: Ann Goodwin Clark

Music is an integral part of the worship experience at Cameron United Methodist Church. During Sunday worship, music is offered by servant leaders who are committed to leading music with passion and excellence. There are two primary ensembles that offer music during worship: the Chancel Choir and our New Traditions Band.

Children and youth provide music on select Sundays throughout the school year and for dedicated special events and holidays each year. Practices for children and youth will take place during Children's Sunday School, Kids Connection and Youth Group during their normal times. Dates will be sent out in advance so your family can plan accordingly!

CUMC Chancel Choir

Our Cameron UMC Chancel Choir consists of individuals ages 18 and older who unite their voices to glorify God through traditional song each Sunday morning during worship. Membership is open to anyone who has a desire to be a part of the choral worship experience. The Chancel Choir leads the congregation hymn, singing with various choral anthems during our 10:00am worship service. Throughout the year, our Chancel Choir presents special worship music for various events such as Lent, Easter, Advent and Christmas Eve. Our Chancel Choir also presents a Christmas and/or Easter Cantata annually.
