Exhibit Guidelines
Participation Procedures: Please Read Carefully

Participants are allowed up to 3 entries each.

Artwork must be ORIGINAL. We encourage participants to develop concepts and ideas from direct observation, experiences, and imagination, rather than copying ideas from other artists or copyrighted images.

Entries must be received the day before the event begins.

It is your responsibility to obtain & maintain PERMISSION TO PUBLISH RELEASE FORMS for ALL artwork prior to submission.

Maximum Size 60x72 inches. Sculptures must be self-standing.

Avoid or protect smudgeables. Spray well and/or use a hinged mat with acetate.

Print Exhibit Tags for each piece (template & instructions below). Attach securely to the front, bottom, right-hand corner of the work.

Write participant name and school (if applicable) and parent/guardian (if applicable) on the back of the work in case the tag gets separated from the art.

Include PERMISSION TO PUBLISH RELEASE FORMS for ALL artworks. ART WILL NOT BE DISPLAYED WITHOUT THESE FORMS. If your school has a blanket permission form, please include a copy.
